Static Factory has been invited to participate in a Halloween party in Grand Blanc! Come hang out with us and see a TON of cool bands at the Cool Spot. We are also cooking up some new originals, hopefully we will get a chance to finish them off and get them on YouTube before the end of the year!

Predatory Lenders takes the stage at the Corunna Road Bar with hometown favorites Super Horn Dog and 4 Guns! It’s gonna be a rad night of music with a killer set of originals by SHD!

Static Factory returns from the grave with Bob Weirach taking the reins on the drums in September. We’re playing the Solid State Radio Sessions concert series at the Hitch N Post on 9/7, with local groups Four Walls, Ora Labora, and funk jammers Reverend Rite Time and the First Cuzins of Funk! That’s gonna be a great show too, and it’s all original local rock, including a new debut song from us!

Then on September 20th my old homeboy Brook Pridemore is touring from Brooklyn, NY and he’s asked Static Factory to support him at the new Phoenix 510 building in Hazel Park. We’re looking for a few more bands (originals, metal, punk, folk, eclectic preferred) to round out the bill. That will be an all ages show with a $10 cover and the space is a sweet punk rock art gallery so it’s worth a trek.

Come hang out with us at Down at the Ark (the owner’s name is Noah, natch) in Vassar. It’s a benefit for an old friend of Scott who has been hurt while doing work as a tree cutter. There’s a $10 that goes straight to Dave’s family to help with his medical expenses, and you can bring a dish to pass as well, so there should be a bunch of food there to share. 

SNJ is debuting another new tune, and we’re playing late, but there are other bands there, and Scott is even filling in on bass with one of them. The show starts around 730, come on and help a bro out!

SNJ are playing TWICE in flint town this weekend. On Saturday the 8th we’re playing at the Benefit for George Khoury’s final expenses at the Corunna Road Bar. Come out and buy some tickets for the raffle and help out a family in need! The show starts around 9 but the benefit will be on all night! 

Then on Sunday come out to Sherman’s Lounge and see us at #BandSlamXII! There’s been 12 of them! I’ve played the last four on the drums with SNJ! It’s always a good show but the lineup for number 12 includes some favorites that I’ve recently seen like Rushmore Pass and The Conspiracy!

Hey I’m playing this Saturday at Andy’s Place in Holly! Prior to the open mic Robb and I From Static Factory will be jamming a whole lot of great tunes acoustic, for the “dinner sets” from 6-8! Bring your guitar, watch the show, and strut your stuff at the open mic afterwards!  

We’re officially one third done with the Song A Day Vlog 2019. I’ve got 122 videos of different songs, sub dividided by the arbitrary days-of-the-week categories I’ve chosen to guide my journey throughout the year.
